Our diagnostic fee is $89 which includes arrival, diagnostic testing, and a full explanation of your appliance issue. We provide an estimate of parts and labor needed to complete the repair. We will inform you, with all honesty, if the appliance is worth repairing. If in our professional opinion we recommend replacing the unit rather than repairing, we will also present replacement options. From the time you call us, we will be with you all the way!
